Cavs G Pavlovic may miss up to 2 months (AP) - Just as Sasha Pavlovic was finding his game, the Cleveland Cavaliers lost him. Pavlovic could miss up to two months with a sprained left foot, a blow to the defending Eastern Conference champions, who are playing their best ball this season. Pavlovic, who has started 35 games this season, got hurt during the third quarter of Wednesday night's 121-85 blowout win over Washington.
